Dcartel is a new organizational/Social Club in OOU, the initiative of this organization has been for a long time but made a way through in 2013. We aim at breeding young entrepreneurs with explicit mind and zeal. And it consist of people with positive minded and those that crave for success, we also cherish commitment of every member.
